Booking Process

Yes, we just require a 50% deposit to reserve your date and your artists. The deposit will be applied to the Final Payment Invoice. We do have the ability to do group invoicing if you don’t feel like wrangling your bridal party to figure out who owes what. Our easy and convenient online payment system can do the work for you.
Yes, a contract is required to be signed before all events. The contract will outline all the important details. The date, the start time, the services, the completion time, the pricing and the payment plan. It will also spell out what we will do for you and when leading up to event day. It will also state what assistance we’ll need from you along the way. The Contract can just be eSigned right online.

All of our bridal service bookings are treated with a little extra TLC. Please contact our Bridal Director directly at 360.203.0808 or you can feel free to email us at [email protected]. We do our best to respond within 24 hours.

We typically are booked out anywhere from 6 – 18 months in advance. Availability can change daily so reserving your date and your artist(s) as soon as you’ve made a decision is recommended.

Weddings

We typically spend a total of 2 hours on the bride for hair & makeup. Bridesmaids will take about 45 minutes each for hair and 45 minutes each for makeup. We prefer to do the bride’s makeup last, or second to last so that she is the most fresh and camera ready.

Have everyone in the bridal party arrive with clean, dry hair and clean moisturized skin compatible for fresh makeup. Exfoliate your face and lips so the products will lay better, and whiten those pearly white teeth so that your smile stands out in photos. On the day of, wear a robe or button down shirt so that you can change without messing up your bridal hair. Other than that, just sit back, relax, and enjoy the pampering before you walk down the aisle.

The “ready” time is ultimately up to the Bride. Once we have the ready time, we can determine the number of artists and the start time.

We prefer to do the bride’s hair as the last hair service.

For makeup, we prefer the bride go last so that all she has left to do is put on her dress when the photographer arrives. Brides should consider having their makeup totally done before the photographer arrives and just stage the lips and mascara being done for photographs. This way you aren’t caught with “before” makeup pictures and you will look flawless in your “Getting Ready” photos.

Yes. We understand that sometimes there might be a member in your family or bridal party that asks if they can receive services on the day of. Please make sure to ask your artists first, and all services that are added on can be paid to your Lead Artist or you can send us an email/ text to add it to your invoice.

Yes! We will often refer to the touch up time as the ‘golden hour.’ For every wedding we block off the last 30 minutes before leaving to ensure that everyone looks perfect! Our hairstylists will check for any loose pieces of hair or bobby pins while applying last minute hairspray to make sure every strand of hair stays in place. Our makeup artists will check for any smudges and apply any powder or setting spray before leaving. All additional time is used to help our artists clean up and pack.

First of all, hiring a professional hair and makeup company that you can rely on will give you peace of mind on your wedding day. We hear too many sad stories about individual freelance artists falling through. We guarantee that this won’t happen. You will sign a contract that ensures you are locked in for your big day.

Secondly, our artists are all professionally trained in bridal beauty. We know what looks good on camera and what will last through sweat and tears.

Thirdly, our hair and makeup services are all done onsite. Get professional makeup services done in your home, hotel, or wedding venue. To view our makeup application or hair styling rates, CLICK HERE.

Lastly, you won’t find a more fun team to hang out with on your big day. We are friendly, humble, and respectful to all of our clients. We love weddings and have a blast being a part of the experience!

For starters, more time and attention is spent with the bride from the very first day of contact, up until the day of the wedding. From phone calls, emails, contracts, and creating day-of schedules to the extra time spent getting the bride ready on her big day, placing her veil, additional touch-up time, and spending extra time on her hair & makeup, our focus is always on her. Since the the bride is the main client, as it’s her wedding day, all of this is included in her price.

Keep in mind that we do offer group discounts and do also offer special pricing for bridal party participants if you have more than 4.

Our costs are our own–time, education/skills, products, mileage and general costs of running a business. That’s why we have to charge what may seem a higher rate in general.

Bridal Trails

We highly recommend getting a trial prior to your wedding event. You wouldn’t by a wedding dress without first trying it on and your makeup and hair should get the same consideration.

Bad hair days and smudged makeup happen—but they shouldn’t happen on your wedding day. That’s why hair and makeup trials are so important. These practice runs make sure you’ll look exactly as you imagine when the big day comes around.
Yes. We do offer trial appointments. Getting a chance to collaborate with your artist gives you piece of mind weeks before Wedding Day.

Trial Runs should be booked 4-6 weeks in advance. We will send you a link to schedule your trial appointment 6 weeks prior as a reminder. We recommend booking your trial on a special day, so that you can show off your beautiful look. Many brides will book it on the day of their bridal shower, engagement shoot or bachelorette party.

The bride’s hair should be clean and completely dry (washed the night before and let to air dry) in order to have the hair set properly. The bride’s face should be clean and free of makeup. Please do not wax your brows or receive a facial closer than 3-5 days prior to the event/trial.

The bride should give herself an average of 2 to 2 1/2 hours for her makeup and hair trial to ensure she receives everything she’s ever dreamed. Hair trials average 45 – 60 minutes. Makeup trials average 60 – 90 minutes.

We take wedding Trial Runs very seriously. The bride will discuss different looks and the details of her wedding with her artist(s) and will receive a complete makeup and hair service as well as a makeup and hair consultation.

Please bring your veil and/or accessories you are planning on wearing on the day of the event.

Sometimes brides will schedule trials for their mom or Maid of Honor. We will do our best to accommodate trials done in unison but we can’t guarantee it. Brides are welcome to bring 1-2 friends or family members for moral support or to just hang out and watch.

Absolutely! The purpose of your trial is to try out looks with the artist that will be assigned to you for your wedding day. Upon booking, we place a hold on that artist for your wedding date. However, keep in mind, we must receive your deposit and eSigned contract in order to hold your date and your artist. It’s recommended you reserve your date prior to your trial to guarantee her availability.

Yes. However, there’s no guarantee that the artist will still be available unless you have reserved your date and your artist. Artist’s availability changes daily.
Can you believe approximately 25% of our brides are destination brides. You can pre-schedule your trial if travel my be necessary. A great rule of thumb if trying to fit the trial in during a visit is the closer to your wedding day the better, trust us! This way you will have had your final dress fitting, your hair cut color and skin tone texture will be as close to how it will be on the big day. You also will have your veil and or hair accessories in place for your trial preview. We can usually even schedule the trial the week you arrive for the big day.
Please come with a clean face for your makeup trial appointment. Come with dry hair that has been washed within the last 24 hours for all hair trials. Bring any hair accessories.
In-home trials are available upon request for an additional fee. However, the trial appointment location is determined by the artist(s) prior to scheduling in every other case. The artist is required to offer a location within 8 mile radius and the locations must be approved by Goddess Glamour and must be licensed. The locations must meet state regulations.

Many artists have their own studios or work location that they are most comfortable working in and each artists preference differs.

If availability is limited, an in-home trial will be offered. However, if an in-home trial is suggested by the artist, any travel fees will be waived and it will be done at no additional cost to the bride.

Add-On Services

We recommend purchasing our hair extensions to best achieve your desired look. If you are unsure, that’s ok, your hair artist will discuss this with you at your trial and make some recommendations. We have samples for you to try on at your trial and the artist can show you how they would look with your bridal style. If you love them, we can color match you and place an order that day. We can typically receive your extensions within 3-5 business days. We can style both clip-in extensions or any type of permanent extensions ie. bead, sewn-in, etc. as long as it is real hair.

You’ll want to also purchase our Hair Extension Placement service for the day the event.

Onsite Services
